Let the New Times roll!

We have had a blast these last few days! i can't belive how fast time goes by and how much we do! On Tuesday night we went over Pastor Safari and Ms.Susan's house to eat! Ms.Susan can make a mean African Cuisine! She made spinach, peas, ugali,beans and rice! It was delicious! Me and the girls (brenna and regan) aren't much for green foods, so everyone cleaned their plates except for us. BUT the beans and rice...they were awesome! Pastor Safari also prepared a very special suprise for us too! He bought his first pair of jeans! Now most of you think that is a little...crazy! he has never worn a pair of jeans before so he bought his first pair and his first time wearing them is in the picture! We wear jeans so much that i don't even realize that other people don't! So now he is officially got one article of american clothing under control! I have also hooked up Ms.Susan with some Aeropostale hoodies, and P.Safari with some camp hoodies...they are under control! :0)

Then last night!! Dun, dun dun, My mom voluntered me to play the piano during offering. AHHH i was so so so so so nervous! I just kept repeating "I can do all things in Christ who strengthens me!" Of course i missed many of the chorde i was supposed to play but thankfully my dad was playing the drums really loud! It was a very good site, my mom was singing, dad playing the drums, me at the piano, evan at the sound board (if he hadn't been taking the picture) that is pretty much the exact thing that happens when you are starting a church! We are a team! All in all i didn't drop the piano or only hit one key the whole time...that would have been bad! So it went good!

Also after the whole piano trauma, i did our first missionettes! I took some beads and made necklaces with some of the girls. We had a lot of fun and really got to talking about some things! These girls are so smart! They could really be molded into wonderful woman of God. Kenyans just lack manners in many ways so it is teaching them that is difficult! We covered "please" and "thank you" in missionettes and they are also memorizing the books of the New Testament! They have one month so i will be able to report of how Brilliant these girls really are!

Well, time is tickin and i have to go and do wonderful algebra, Which i just got a 100% on my last test (Just to point out how much God is helping me!) So i gotta be like a ball and bounce :0)... just kidding! Bye!
