There is power in the name of Jesus! As we called out his name on Sunday morning the people came in…many more than I expected! Sunday was our Grand Opening! Everyone had been inviting as many people as they could to join in on the grand service we were going to have! Sure enough the people came and the day was more GRAND than I could have ever imagined! We had a total of 350 people in Sunday morning service! The week before we had around 240…what an awesome jump! People are really getting saved and turning their lives over to God! Don’t be surpised if you turn on Fox News and they are talking about crazy revival in Kenya! God is surely not ceasing to impress me!
Sudden Impact on Saturday was also so awesome! Our youth prayed the fire down during altar call and we had an awesome message from Pastor Chez (Sanchez)! It was really good and I know it was right on time for a lot of the teens! We had a turn out of about 30 teens! And we are starting to rock the area for Jesus! This flame is spreading around Kenya like a brush fire!
The happiness that our people have is contagious! We were walking down the street carrying equipment back to the church on Sunday night after we finished an open air. All the teens were singing songs and handing out flyers on the way back. You could seriously just see the happiness in our youth’s faces! As we walked past two men one said to the other “These are the people from Victory World Outreach!” I thought what a great image people have of our church in their heads! We are definitely known all around where the church is!
