Homeward Bound!

We have had our very own amusement park here. The only bummer is that the rides only consist of a bunch of roller coasters, mentally! Although, right now we are at the peak of the roller coaster with no intention of ever going back down! We have found a piece of land for the church. Rather, God has given us a huge piece of land for a very small amount of money! Finally we are off the flooded land and we are moving to new and greater waters! The land is a little up the street, about 10 minutes walk, if that. It is very large and perfect! It will need to be cleared but we have great guys here that are more than willing to help! God really blessed us with this land! We are thrilled to begin! My dad was trying to think of any way that in 3 days we could clear an ENTIRE acre of land, cover it in rock, build bathrooms, and put up the white whale (also known as “the big tent”) just so we could have church this Sunday! That is not quite possible, but we are shooting for next Sunday! This is really great and is going to be so fun! The lord is really doing great and mighty things!

On Saturday we also had our first youth service which was really good! We had lots of youth and it was awesome. JB and Gail, who are running it, did great and we will continue to have youth every Saturday!!! Woo hoo! We have so many youth! You couldn’t even imagine! It is great that we have started a Sudden Impact! Now we are trying to make a impact, whether sudden or not, as long as Nairobi is impacted! Thank you all so much for your prayers. I know I say this every time but they really are working!!

I know that my blog has lost its normal spunk, i promise that later this week it will be coming back! We have just been so busy that i lost my creativity a bit. So later this week i will get back in the habit and add a little sparkle with a fresh new post! :0). sorry about the boringness! talk to yal later!
